Fee for services are billed at time of purchase. If you have purchased a private counseling session, and you want a refund before the session starts, you must cancel the appointment and make a request for refund at least 24 hours before the appointment. Otherwise, you may be billed for the entire session. If you would like to reschedule, then you must also make the request via email at least 24 hours before the session.
Free Services: Offered ongoing for some presentations and workshops. Free one-to-one services available intermittently on a case by case basis. Free services will also be periodically announced via special event flyers in ‘Workshops & Events’ under the Services drop down menu.
Credit Card payment accepted on this site. Payment by check or cash is possible after services have been established. Check or cash due immediately at the end of any onsite session or service provided. We do not accept insurance at this time. A sliding scale payment will be applied on a case by case basis if cost is an issue. Consideration for an adjusted pay rate will depend on various factors.
