How It Works
Complete and submit group participant intake form, click [here]. Someone will contact you within 24 hours to set up a brief 15 minute follow-up phone interview as part of the intake process. You do not need to submit a group participate form if you are a client or have already completed a client intake form. If you are interested in receiving counseling services, click [here] to learn more. You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, meeting, or event that includes a google meet link if you wish to engage online.
Notes:
A scheduled on-site or online group meeting will be CANCELLED 15 minutes after start time if no participants show up.
